Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Returns Policy
We will do our best to make sure your goods reach you in good condition. If for any reason you wish to return or cancel an item you may do so providing that it is returned to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. In such cases you will need to provide us with written notice which can be by fax or email, we will then issue a returns authorisation number which must be marked clearly on the package.
Goods are to be returned back to ourselves adequately packaged and with a proof of purchase. You will be liable for the costs to return the goods and we advise that you send them by recorded delivery or other traceable means. We will then offer either an exchange of goods or a full refund as soon as possible but in any event, within 30 days.
You must take care of goods whilst they are in your possession and you should take reasonable care to ensure that when we receive them back they are not damaged in any way and that they can be re-sold as new. If the goods are not adequately packaged, are incorrectly addressed or become damaged in transit, we will not accept them back and will not refund any money paid by you.
